Terms of Service

Last updated: August 23, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating a Provvy workspace or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you are using Provvy on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. The service

Provvy provides tools to automate IT onboarding and offboarding across your identity provider, MDM, HR system and SaaS applications. You are responsible for the accuracy of the configurations you build and for reviewing dry-run reports before deploying them to production systems.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials, for the actions of users you invite to your workspace, and for compliance with the terms of any third-party tool you connect to Provvy.

4. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You will not use Provvy to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, disrupt the service, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any Provvy or customer system.

6. AI-generated output

Provvy uses AI to help generate workflow configurations from your inputs. AI output can be incorrect or incomplete. You must review every dry-run report and are solely responsible for the actions you approve. Provvy is provided for educational and operational purposes only and is not professional IT, security or legal advice.

7. Warranty and liability

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provvy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Provvy's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 CAD, or (b) the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by intentional or gross fault, or to either party's indemnification obligations, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the console. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the console.
